All STSC members are Samsung employees based in the US and hold a role in Technology Sensing & Sourcing, collaborative development and R&D, alliances, product marketing, procurement, investment or M&A.

Regular Members

Carry out monthly meetings according to established agenda   Prepare meeting memoranda and presentation materials if necessary   Provide open communication among members and guarantee full confidentiality of any information shared among members

Guest Members

Members who dont participate in meetings on a regular basis but with job functions similar to regular members.

Any Information and Documents shared within the Committee will be handled at three different confidentiality as stated in the STSC Objectives and Participants in the Committee meetings and the affiliates they represent shall abide by the above non-disclosure terms associated with the information shared during the STSC meetings.
